FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association) is the world's football governing body and was formed in 1904 in Paris, France (for a brief history of FIFA, please visit this link). It is responsible for organising various football competitions, the main one of which is the World Cup, which is being held every four years.

In these pages of Takis-on-Line you can find information about some of these competitions. I hope to gradually expand this section and provide even more information on this subject.
